Accessibility Statement
Last updated August 31, 2026
Our commitment
Argo is committed to making our telehealth platform usable by everyone, including people with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of patient access to care, not as an afterthought.
Conformance standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we take into account the requirements of Section 504 and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act as they apply to healthcare communication. Conformance is ongoing work rather than a one-time certification.
What we do
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks, and descriptive page titles.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and clinical graphics.
- Keyboard operability and visible focus indicators for interactive elements.
- Color contrast targets that meet AA for body text and interface controls.
- Forms with programmatically associated labels and clear error messaging.
- Responsive layouts and tap targets sized for mobile and assistive input.
- Accessibility review as part of ongoing design and engineering work.
Known limitations
Some parts of the experience are provided by third parties — including our chat widget, checkout, patient portal, laboratory scheduling, and payment processing. We cannot fully control the accessibility of those systems, and we work with those vendors when barriers are reported. Some older images and downloadable documents may not yet have complete text alternatives.
Alternative ways to get care
If any part of this site prevents you from completing a task, we will help you complete it another way — by phone or email — at no additional cost. That includes browsing treatments, submitting intake information, placing or changing an order, and reaching a provider.
Report a barrier or request assistance
Email support@getargorx.com or call (279) 348-3430. Please include the page address, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology and browser you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to resolve confirmed barriers as quickly as reasonably possible.
